Steps on how to produce bread in nigeria

Warm water 4 cups
Yeast 4 Tbsp
Sugar 4 Tbsp
Salt 4 Tbsp

STEPS TO PRODUCING BREAD IN NIGERIA

Step 1: Add salt to flour and rub in butter

Step 2: Mix with warm water, and then add sugar, oil, and yeast

Let this stay for 8 to 10 minutes. If your water is warm enough, within this time the content will look nice

Step 3: Add some more flour and knead it

Once it gets too tough to stir, flip it adding it onto a clean floured surface. Now, knead away, adding flour as you do so. Knead the dough for about 8 to 9 minutes to make the texture look okay.

Step 4: Put the dough back in the bowl and cover with a slightly damp white cloth or towel for at least 45 minutes or 1 hour.

Step 5: Let the dough will increase in size. You can take some rest at this time. The dough should have doubled its size by the time it is finished.

Step 6: Flip the dough back on the table. While on the table, knock it down and knead again, scale to the required sizes and put into pans.

Step 7: Cover up or put at a room temperature to rise. You will then give it about 1 hour to increase in size while you preheat the oven for baking.

Step 8: Put the dough in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. If the oven has an inbuilt thermometer, it should read 180 to 190 degrees. After 25 minutes, pull out the loaves and place them into racks for cooling.
